Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Moments Always Remembered (MAR). Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return a non-custom item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you of the status of your return promptly. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom Items: Custom items, including those with personalized engravings or unique designs, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective. We take great care in creating each custom piece to your specifications, ensuring its uniqueness and quality.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange a non-custom item for a different one, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and assist you in placing a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process should be followed.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
This refund and returns policy is effective as of 11/18/2023. We reserve the right to update or change our policy at any time, so please check this page periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to this policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by them.
